Tai Chi (Taiji) is a Chinese martial art, though its solo forms are mainly practiced for its health and rejuvenating capabilities. It is recognised for its slow circular rhythmical movements that calm the mind and gently exercise the body. Low impact movements make it a suitable exercise even for those with joint pain, regardless of age or physical ability.
Wu Style Short Form
This form was designed by Master and Lineage holder Bruce Frantzis under the guidance of Taoist sage Liu Hung Chieh. This particular Wu Style has very strong health benefits and eventually may lead to the study of meditation.
Yang Style 24 Step
This is the Chinese National Form, designed for people of all ages and physical condition. The movements are open and flowing and the form is practiced at a continuous speed.
